Form 4 filings
FilingIQ ships a permalink for every top-scored SEC Form 4 insider transaction. Filings are not listed in a single browse-all index because there are roughly 10,000 of them; instead, they are discovered through the entity hubs and the sitemap.
How to find filings
Three primary discovery paths cover every filing on the platform:
- By ticker: open the ticker index, pick an issuer (e.g. AAPL), and the ticker hub lists the recent Form 4 filings with composite scores.
- By insider: open the insider index and pick an officer or 10% owner. The insider profile lists every Form 4 filing attached to that CIK.
- By politician: open the politician index for STOCK Act disclosures from members of Congress. These are filed under a different regime than Form 4 but are linked here for completeness.
Filing permalink structure
Each filing lives at /filing/{accession}
where the accession number follows the SEC EDGAR format NNNNNNNNNN-NN-NNNNNN.
Every permalink links back to the raw SEC EDGAR -index.htm for provenance, and
bidirectionally links to the relevant ticker hub and insider profile.
For the full list of permalinks see sitemap-index.xml.
Methodology and sources
Filing pages are populated from SEC EDGAR Form 4 XML and scored on the FilingIQ multi-factor composite model. See methodology for the model framework and sources for the data inventory. Not investment advice; see disclaimer.
