Five layers of filing intelligence
Raw SEC filings, cleaned up, scored, and grouped.
Open-market insider trades, scored 0 to 100
Most Form 4 filings are paperwork: 10b5-1 plan executions, gifts, tax withholding, derivative grants. We set those aside and score the open-market purchases and sales on five dimensions: the size of the trade for this insider, its timing, the insider's role, their track record, and whether other insiders are doing the same. The score shows how far a trade stands out from routine activity. It describes the trade, not the stock's next move.

13F holdings data decoded
Institutional investors report their holdings to the SEC every quarter on Form 13F. We aggregate those reports to show what hedge funds, asset managers, and pension funds added or sold, quarter by quarter.

Every stock trade by members of Congress
Members of Congress disclose their stock trades under the STOCK Act, often weeks after the trade. FilingIQ collects every periodic transaction report and puts it next to the insider activity in the same stock.

Groups of insiders, not just single trades
When several insiders at the same company trade in the same direction within 90 days, FilingIQ groups those filings into one cluster. An executive team buying together tells a different story than a single transaction.

Direct from EDGAR, processed within minutes
FilingIQ sources all data directly from SEC EDGAR, the official repository of federal securities filings. No third-party data intermediaries. No stale feeds. Form 4 and 13F filings processed within minutes; open-market trades scored as they appear.

Not another insider trade feed
Most tools show you raw SEC data and call it a day. We score it.
Scored, not just listed
Other tools dump every Form 4 in a feed, including the routine compliance noise. FilingIQ filters that out and scores only the open-market insider buys and sells from 0 to 100 across five dimensions, so you can see at a glance which trades stand out.
Context, not just data
A single insider sale says little on its own. We show the insider's track record, the size of the position, and the timing next to every trade, so you can tell a scheduled sale from a deliberate one.
Direct from EDGAR
No third-party data vendors. Every Form 4 and 13F filing sourced directly from the SEC, processed within minutes of publication.
Institutional flow included
Insider trades tell one story. 13F institutional holdings tell another. FilingIQ covers both.
Congressional trades included
Most tools track insider trades or congressional trades, not both. FilingIQ surfaces all three streams (Form 4 filings, 13F holdings, and STOCK Act disclosures) in one place.
Nine years of filings, not a snapshot
More than 3.4 million Form 4 transactions going back to 2015, alongside 13F holdings and STOCK Act disclosures. You can look up what an insider did years ago, not just what landed this week.
From raw filing to scored signal
Three steps between an SEC filing and intelligence you can act on.
SEC filings ingested
Form 4 insider transactions and 13F institutional holdings are pulled directly from the SEC EDGAR system as they become available.
Algorithmic scoring
Each trade is evaluated across multiple dimensions (conviction, track record, position sizing, and timing) to produce a composite score.
Ranked and grouped
Scored trades, insider clusters, and institutional holdings, sorted so the activity that stands out from routine filings comes first.
