It also holds a portfolio of exploration properties in Nevada, Canada, Mexico, and Argentina. The company was formerly known as McEwen Mining Inc. and changed its name to McEwen Inc. in June 2025. McEwen Inc. was incorporated in 1979 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
